Richard Sharratt
President/Co-Founder
Richard, a distinguished British Army veteran, dedicated 15 years to serving in high-level roles, including multiple peacekeeping tours around the globe and a combat tour in Afghanistan as a UAV Pilot/Commander. His military service laid the foundation for a career deeply rooted in leadership and resilience.
With 19 years of experience as a qualified Coach, Richard is also a certified Counselor, Reiki Practitioner, NLP Practitioner, Trainee Psychologist, Personal Trainer, Mediator, and qualified Teacher. His diverse skill set reflects a commitment to personal and professional growth, enabling him to support others in their journeys toward wellness and empowerment.
In 2017, Richard was formally diagnosed with PTSD. Through a courageous and transformative journey, he has emerged stronger and more determined than ever to assist others facing similar challenges. As a dedicated advocate for mental fitness, Richard strives to dismantle the stigma surrounding mental health worldwide through his work with MENtality Matters.
Richard's passion for change and his unwavering dedication to mental well-being are at the heart of his mission. Through MENtality Matters, he endeavors to inspire and empower individuals, fostering a community where mental fitness is openly discussed and embraced.

Eric’s guiding mission is connecting people and developing solutions that work and creating value.
Eric is a CPA and Senior Managing Director with PKF O’Connor Davies, LLP, the 25th largest Accounting and Advisory Firm in the USA and specializes in fractional – outsourced CFO (Chief Financial Officer) for private equity funds, family offices and privately owned businesses. He also advises on financing transactions and business combinations. He was a Vice President with Citibank and JP Morgan Chase for 15 years where he specialized in equipment leasing, asset-based lending and securitization. Eric began his career at pwc (PriceWaterhouse) where he completed his CPA.
Eric graduated with a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School; and an MBA in finance and marketing from Columbia University. He is a published author of the Personal Budget Planner – A Guide for Financial Success (1995).​

Cameron is an accomplished Aerospace Engineer known for his strategic thinking and highly analytical problem-solving skills. With a proven track record of directing complex projects from inception to completion, he excels at leading diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
Cameron's expertise in systems engineering, stakeholder engagement, and R&D, combined with his exceptional negotiation and communication skills, allows him to consistently deliver exceptional results.
His ability to align projects with organizational strategic goals makes him an invaluable asset to any team.
Cameron Clark
Secretary
Tom is a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel, serving over 25 years on active duty. His service included assignments as an Armor Officer and Judge Advocate, and two combat deployments. Tom has practiced law across the legal domains, including criminal, administrative, and operational law. He is a published author and experienced panelist and lecturer, and is a co-editor of the The Future Law of War, Oxford Press in 2022.
Tom graduated from West Point in 2000, and subsequently obtained law degrees from the Ohio State Moritz College of Law and Columbia Law School. Tom stays busy as the Director of Academy Advancement at West Point and serves independently on multiple boards.
Tom and his wife Angela live in upstate New York and have two children in college.
